James (Steve) Sharp
Mr. James S. Sharp, Jr., (Steve) was born in Atlanta Georgia in May of 1957, is a graduate of Holston High School, Class of 1975, graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor Of Science Degree in 1982 and Georgia State University School of Law with a Doctor Of Jurisprudence Degree in 1991. Steve was admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee in 1991 and Georgia that same year. Mr. Sharp has served on numerous boards in Knox County and is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, and a member of the Board of Directors for the First Tee Program at Williams Creek and is active at Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church. Over the last 24 years, has engaged in the general practice of law, which includes but is not limited to personal injury, products liability, probate, corporate/small business, with an emphasis or concentration on domestic relations/divorce and criminal litigation; and although located in Knoxville, Mr. Sharp has represented numerous clients from all surrounding counties in East Tennessee and outside the State as well. Steve is married to Jeannie Bowen Sharp and has two adult children, Nancyjane and Zac.
